This home rule of yours could easily become a nifty "Optional rule".

Simply 2 thumbs up for a scenario section. I hate adding thickness to the rulebook, but this is a good and smart change to make.

I'm a Sysgen fanatic from way back. Update the current stuff and get it programmed so that all a newer player need do is specify how many systems (and what optional rules to use).
