Re: deWulf Corporate Democracy Turn 133

Ausgezeichnet! Sehr Gut! Some of those, at least in my mind, could potentially lead to several different techs... this is exactly what I talk about when I talk about leaving enough room for the GM/writer to fill in the specifics for his universe! Off-Bore Fire Control Links Ok you got me on that on...

Re: Getting started on my bucket list !

Let me know if you want some digital scans of some chits. I know they're 4th ed and not 3rdR, but I have a full digital set of all the chits for 4th edition (if that's useful to your setup).

I vaguely remember getting a few Starfire rapid prototype minis eons ago... there were some thin vertical wedges... were they OADC or Vestrii?

Re: Cloaking progression question

And even if you haven't used it in the game, what do you think? Is the trade off worth it? Or should the progression try to maintain at least the same effectiveness (or at least, a much less severe loss in effectiveness) when size was reduced or speed increased? I haven't had a chance to use CLK ye...

Re: No more combo research?

Nope. I meant basic combo research where you're researching the SL and the item at the same time. And while it is a potentially huge savings in time, the inability to do any kind of acceleration on it really does handcuff it pretty seriously. Perhaps make it akin to critical research, where it needs...

No more combo research?

Was looking through my copy of Solar, and I couldn't find the rules for combo research. Guess this is something that was removed a while back? Can kind of understand, it was a bit of a fiddly corner case that had some special rules and was pretty easy to abuse.
